We are very proud to have such a long history of success at Rosebank Farms Cafe. In that time we have established connections with many local farmers, fishermen, shrimpers, and other various purveyors. They are what make our food so unique and amazing that we wish to thank them for what they have done for us over the years, because if weren't for them, our success would not have been possible.
Geechie Boy Mill
- Edisto Island, SC - Owner and operator, Greg Johnsman, provides us with much of what makes up the backbone of our menu. Providing us not only with the finest grits and cornmeal available, he brings us much of our seasonal produce such as heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, and baby bok choy.
- Wadmalaw, SC - There can only be one original and that is Firefly,
the birthplace of sweet tea vodka. Located right down the road from the
only tea garden in America, Charleston Tea Plantation, it is a match
made in heaven. Constantly innovating, Firefly distillery is on the cutting edge of spirit development. We are proud not only to serve their products at our bar
but to use it in our kitchen to help capture the true southern spirit.
Cherry Point Seafood - Wadmalaw, SC - One of the number one questions we
receive is "Where do you get your shrimp?" We usually just point right
out the window at Cherry Point, which can be seen from the restaurant
window. Cherry Point Seafood has provided us with the best local shrimp
and fish available in the Lowcountry over the years, often times coming straight off the boat and into our restaurant.
"Big Bees" Honey - Johns Island, SC - What makes our fried chicken so
delectable? Robert Biggerstaff, owner and operator of "Big Bees" Honey
has given us the best honey possible so that we can continue the
tradition of quintessential southern cuisine.
Hickory Hill Milk
- Edgefield, SC - This is the best tasting milk around. Hickory Hill produces milk that is rBGH free and non-homogenized. Taste this milk one time and you'll never think about milk in the same light.
- Johns Island, SC - Bringing in the best produce South Carolina has to offer is what Limehouse Produce specializes in. They are a member of Lowcountry Local First, a movement that chooses to buy from local, independent businesses and farmers. Certified South Carolina grown agriculture is their specialty, and turning it into southern cuisine is ours.
